children and families, In particular In India,

Why is DNCF’s work needed?
Children living in developing countries face many risks and hardships. The central focus of attempts to improve their welfare is on combating poverty, malnutrition and disease. Such work, often undertaken by the major aid agencies, is vital, but those who have lived in the countries of the South know that there is much else that needs to be done to raise children’s life chances and quality of life.
What are DNCF's aims?
DNCF was set up in order to advance education in accident prevention and health promotion in the developing nations of the world, especially in the Indian sub-continent and in Africa . It will also seek to show individual families how to improve the quality of life, improve road safety and combat poverty by adopting certain educational and social economic programmes. DNCF also aims to reduce child abuse, unlawful imprisonment and forced child labour.
DNCF
at present is working on number of projects, some
of which are listed bellow.
